Frank Tumwebaze Recruiting Youth against Brig Muhoozi

Security in Uganda is investigating a well laid up plan in which it's alleged that the Minister for Presidency Frank Tumwebaze has been recruiting youths countrywide and facilitating them to speak loudly on dangers of having brig Muhoozi succeeding his father Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as President of Uganda.

It is alleged that Frank has been recruiting, facilitating and coaching youth groups on how to abuse and attack brig muhoozi the first son in social Medias and in meetings in small townships in Uganda. Frank Tumwebaze is believed to be part of the Inner ruling click in Uganda and is close to the first Family but it's surprising that the man who was trusted so much by Museveni family has been funding secret youth groups to undermine Brig Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

Embattled Minister for Presidency Frank Tumwebaze         

The president is being undermined by his own people and it's bad that people like Frank Tumwebaze are a problem to president Museveni- Tamale Mirundi Press Secretary to the president stated.

Frank Tumwebaze is not alone, he is working with a group to fight the president and make him unpopular. This clique is known and it has seven members-Tamale Mirundi affirmed.

Being Fought: Perplexed Happy Muhoozi

The president who is now in Addisababa Ethiopia for a meeting is set to meet the youth activists upon his return to Kampala. The Youth allege that Frank Tumwebaze recruited them and he has been giving them some money to fight brig Muhoozi and to sensitize the public on having brig Muhoozi succeed Museveni as the president of Uganda. Majority of the youth are from western Uganda, Buganda region,Teso subregion,and Lango.

Duncan Abigaba a National Youth activist who is a prominent Museveni Mobilisor and Propagandist said, Frank Tumwebaze is reckless and he is too proud to even recognize the people he is working with especially in NRM Youth structures. He is such a person who cannot emulate his mentors. Frank Tumwebaze is good but he must redeem himself otherwise he is doomed-Duncan Abigaba stated.

Mr. Mbowa Habib a senior member of the Students for National Salvation which is coordinated by the NRM Poor Youth Movement fighting president museveni said, Hon Frank Tumwebaze is a serial criminal who has swindled tax payers money and he has been using the money to fight senior government officials including permanent secretaries and ministers. Hon Frank Tumwebaze must come out and address the nation on his unbecoming behaviours such as arrogance he unleashes to ministers, fellow members of parliament and senior government officials- Mbowa Stated.

Mbowa Habib denied working for Hon Abraham Byandala who is believed to be his funder to undermine Frank Tumwebazi. I have never met Abraham Byandala and I don't want to meet him-Mbowa Stated.

A leading Pro Mbabazi Youth Leader Isa Kato who is National Coordinator of NRM Poor Youth Forum said its high time Frank Tumwebaze explain the source of 10 billions and how he accumulated it. Frank Tumwebaze must explain his involvement in USAFI Market Procurement deal in which billions of money were swindled. Frank Tumwebaze must explain his role in mismanagement of Katosi Scandal and explain why he has continued to fight the the ministry of defense permanent secretary Rossette Byengoma great leader Abraham Byandala the minister for Transport- A pro Mbabazi Youth activists Isa Kato stated.

Why would Frank Tumwebaze continue to fight Byandala and other officials like Hon Byamukama Nuru, the Vice President, Richard Todwong, Rose Byengoma,etc? We are compiling a list of all people Frank Tumwebaze has abused and threatened.

Asked whether he is a proxy for Minister Abraham Byandala and Permanent Secretary Byengoma- A flamboyant Isa Kato denied and said I don't need any support or guidance from those people because NRM Poor Youth Forum is investigating them- Isa kato stated.

Mr. Butale Charles a Museveni Mobilisor from Mukono said, NRM Poor Youth Forum is being used by powerful people in Government to fight Frank Tumwebaze. I have proof of Isa kato and HABIB Mbowa receiving money from a certain office in Mbuya but time is coming and we shall expose them.
