By providing a student tourist card to 3 million senior three and five and other Tertiary Institutions at 15.000 to ride from any railway staion in Uganda on towards Kotido and Koboko to be utilised in 14 days the North Railway Line will make 45 billion Uganda shilling in two weeks.
