In two weeks (14 days) North Railway line will make 45 billion shillings

By providing a student tourist card to 3 million senior three and five  and other Tertiary Institutions at 15.000  to ride from any railway staion in Uganda on towards Kotido and Koboko to be utilised in 14 days the North Railway Line will make 45 billion Uganda shilling in two weeks. This can happen place every December and January or June to August.

What will be the best way development strategy to bring Adjumani, Kitgum, Pader, Kotido and Moyo and some parts of Lira into a global economic process? Let it cost whatever it will cost but let us do it under military watch - the military should build this network in a year.

1.  I think funds should be poured into  developing

   a. Koboko, Yumbe, Moyo, via Metu to Adjumani Atiak- Palabek  to           Kitgum Road - then Acholibul to Lira and Pader

   b.  Build a railway line linking up those Towns (North Railway-line)

   c.  Pader to Kotido road

   d.  Lira to Kotido raod

2.  Funds should be poured into upgrading these towns into urban Villages of 150000 people:

    a. Yumbe

    b. Adjumani

    c. Kitgum

--  d. Pader

    e. Madi Opei ( 6000 - 100000 people)

    f.  Kilak         (6000 - 100000 people)

3.  Develop Silos for produce

4.  Set a housing construction firm - North Housing Construction Corp.

5. Reduce rural Population to 30% of the entire population.
