{UAH} Gen. Kayihura's Men under attack- By Kampala Rich Men

In Uganda, if you are rich you are the law. Watch Bukedde online last Saturday or Sunday. You feel sorry for the Police Officers working into such conditions.

One shop on Kampala road which used to belong to Peugeot Motor resellers in the 70s- was last week closed under the Build Act and the said owner came and almost assaulted the police office on duty. 

On several occasions I  have passed by and sewerage is just spilling on the pavement. I can't understand how such a building in the middle of the City centre could have been given an occupational license and later permitted to operate -
 
I remember this very building was set ablaze during in 1979 war , some pumped a bazooka into it and on that technicality it would have been totally demolished.
