Take note tht government only suplements already establshed social and cultural systems. People frm those systems elect local and national leaders to help Regulate, Reform, Coerce Or enforce agreable laws, rules and regulations Giving direction to stability, growth and development of society. So in Absence of effective government control, people in their traditional settings survive.Now the concern of educated, exposed and responsible persons or citizens is to ensure the best comes to citizens according to the social contract promised in the election manifesto of those in government. Citizens wthn Uganda or in the diaspora must therefore be seen and actually do practically engage in constructive work and criticism. Traditional Leadership, Modern Government And International Community Complement Each Other Bt Taking Empowered Ugandans For Granted May Be A Futile Mission.We Shld Give Credit Where Its Due.
