the ICC's Public Affairs Unit share the non-redacted version of the Dominic Ongwen Indictment (available at http://www.icc-cpi.int/iccdocs/doc/doc97109.pdf).

It has also been attached in this message for UAH members who wish to read it.The new disclosure shows that the case against Domnic Ongwen relate to only one attack that occurred on May 20, 2004 at Lokodi IDP Camp, Bungatire sub-county, Gulu District.JRP did a long report on this and stated that commander of attack was Tulu. AKA Tulu Box, who was killed in February 2005 near Paibona.What will happen to all the other victims who think Ongwen commanded the attacks on them besides the Lokodi attack. Let us see how this case proceeds.
