{UAH} KABAKA TO DECREE!!

I would like to suggest that Kabaka Mutebi be convinced to decree to all Baganda to vote for federalism in the next election. I do know that the law forbids cultural leaders from making any pronouncement or be political, but if the Kabaka surely loves his subject, he should encourage the subject to do the needy, and get what they have always longed for, without a single shot fired. This would be the best test of loyalty, for the Kabaka to his subject and the subject to the Kabaka.  

I do realise he is on his way to the US; that is a place of safety where such call can be made. If worse comes to the worse he should sojourn there until the election. If his call to the subject bears fruits, then he will be able to return to a new government to welcome him back home. In any case, if Sejusa, a mukopi was able to go back, why not the King?

The problem is that the Kabaka's advisors are not upto the job. One wonders whether it's the Kabaka's interest they are serving or the other power!
