I Have Earlier On On This Forum Proposed Tht Diaspora Members Find A Common position, Get Their Resesentatives, Come To Uganda, Visit All Regions Of The Country And Have Onspot Check On All Physical Works, Our Policies And Laws. Wth Guidance Of Responsible Ministers Try To Understand How Things Have Or Havent Or Wl Work. Then The Ministers Are Obliged To Report To H.E Yk Museveni The Chairman N R M And Elected President For A Possible Dialogue Wth All The Critical Thnkers On That Team To Share Facts And Figures, Ideas And Views. For Your Information, President Y K Museveni Interfaces Wth Most Of The Brutal Critics Of Government Who Are In Uganda And Are Legislators. Uganda Shall Not Tolerate Cowards Shouting Frm The Fence, Nobody Can And Shall Harm You While In Uganda As Long As You Abide By The Law And You Have Genuine Issues To Share. You Shouldnt Take Home Grown Ugandans For Granted. Even Renegade Soldiers Who 7it Fire Fire And Threaten Armed Violance
