{UAH} Mr. Owana: Who are these NRM officials who were selling mandazi in 1986

 
Mr. Owana:
 
President Musevenii boasted that NRM leadership is now in the hands of younger cadres many of whom such as Minister Namayanja were in P6 in 1986 and selling mandazi.   Where can we read  about the interesting  backgrounds of NRM officials from SG all the way?  
 
Anyone who can rise from selling mandazi to senior party  official is a story worthy telling.   So why it is still hard to get such information from Uganda? Who are these officials? When were they born? To whom and where? Where did they go to school? When? If they are married, when did they get married and to whom?  When did they join NRM? When did they win their first elective posts? 
 
This chronological information can be sent out in a page.  Or is  it the case Ugandan schools no longer  teach précis aka summary?
