{UAH} RIGONOMICS AND RIGOMATHICS - THE UNWEAPONIZED SIDE OF NRM MILITARY DEMOCRACY

Good Fellows,

As I attended the midnight mass Dec 31 two thoughts quickly past thru my mind but not before bruising it kabisa. They never left my mind. They are the two overlooked techniques NRM has been deploying successfully at every general elections.

I gave them the names Rigonomics and Rigomathics. Simply defined, Rigonomics is the art of delivering bribes effectively for effective results while Rigomathics is the art of manipulating voter counts such that by the time genuine counts at the polling stations are tallied out by the central Electoral Commissions for final tallying the results are far different from source and too late to challenge.

This is where Ssejjusa comes in with far better knowledge in the two than any of the existing serially "defeated" opposition parties. Come next elections only he can tell where and how each winning opposition camel's back was broken to become a loser bos he as intelligence chief must have known where and how they were all carried out and was able to vehemently tell Ugandans that "Btw, Besigye won the last elections". It wasnt false but truth. The only revelations he didnt make has been how the NRM effectively delivered those believable results in Rigonomics and Rigomathics.

Its why he direly wants to stay alive to challenge in the next elections to be sheated and turn around to beat the crap in NRM and shame NRM by revealing every point at which the two practical subjects were carried out such as to tweak local poll results.

And that, Fellow Baboons, is Museveni's greatest nightmare regarding Ssejjusa. Ssejjusa knows how NRM rigged all previous elections. Museveni will never allow the man stand even as an opposition party leading candidate. He will shame the devils in NRM forever by breaking every single NRM camel's back with explosive shame.

Both NRM Rigonomics and Rigomathics can be frozen right at the polling stations themselves if count results were announced to the electorates right after initial final count at the polling stations instead of locals waiting for results in their hood being announced all the way in Kampala.

Question that should be ringing in every ones mind is, why arent they announced to locals before sending to Kampala?
