Ugandans sampled wl prove to you they now live wth more hopd thn before. not those found m ths forum because the coverage is limited. i speak for those not paid to do ths bt out of experience and conviction have played a role to make uganda a better place. we arnt spectators, lamentors or unemployed bt active citizens who have a stake in ths country because we supplement and complement government efforts. we also actively engage in civic education and make our contribution felt. so eduction, health and poverty issues are being tackled in uganda, a developing country whch n r m tht cane in 1986 found wth a poor educatim, health and economic system bt now much better according to statistics found in ugandas state of the nation addresses 1987 todate. other references are UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank Development reports. Ofcourse There Are Other Reports Whch Criticise Ugandas Human Rights Records Bt Remember Uganda Has Its Humanan Rights Commission Tht Also
