Yemen's top Al-Qaida leader has claimed responsibility for the attack on the paper, Charlie Hebdo, through a video message.  Nasr Al-Ansi says France belongs to the ``party of Satan'' and warned of more ``tragedies and terror.'' There were reports that Yemen's Al-Qaida group plotted the murders at Charlie Hebdo, but there wasn't confirmation until now.
