{UAH} Ugandan papers should emulate Daily Nation and appoint public editors

The Daily Nation has appointed one of its veteran journalists Peter Mwaura as its first public editor. Ugandan papers including the  Monitor and New Vision should do the same to check the unethical journalistic tendencies where senior editors- ironical is it not?- knowingly write, and publish lies so much so that even when  taken to task do nothing to correct the record.
