Thanks Simon For Your Observation. As You May Note Ths Is In Ndorwa East And We Have People Who Must Point Out Certain Challenges In An Area When A Head Of State Visits. And Its The Right Thing To Do. This However Doesnt Mean Other Things Not Mentioned Are Even Perfect. I Wish To Urgue That Citizens Countrywide Are Aware Of Their Rights, Responsibilities And Obligations. Secondly Gvt Has Priorities And Published Regularly Besides Local Leaders In Each Electoral Area Have A Lobbying Function To Ensure Electorates Are Updated On Gvt Priorities And Reasons For Any Delays. So Tht Case May Be Attributed By The Afore Mentioned And Observers Like You Shld Put Each Case In The Context In Whch Gvt Is Systematically Implementing Its Infrastructural Developments.
