{UAH} UNRA, User friendly development please.

I was in Hoima recently and was devastated and outraged to see the callous handling of a very respectable senior citizen by the UNRA!  This lady, one of Africa's first graduates, had the entrance to her house blocked by a huge mound of soil and a concrete Pillar placed right in the middle of her gateway!  She now cannot have cars drive into her compund.  As a result while trying to manouver her way round the slippery mound of soil, this frail lady slipped and severely hurt her back!  Her attempts to talk to the UNRA officials in Hoima were met by a "sue if you want" attitude!  While development is a wonderful thing, we can put a human face to it please!  UNRA officials please deal with this matter humanely!  And whiel at it you could at least pay the hospital bills incurred by this lady because of your inconsiderate behaviour!
