{UAH} WBK: Mandatory Remote Monitoring of Public Entities (private and governmental)

A list of all the items below should by law become mandatory to all public and private entities - both in soft and hard copy. This mail should be studied by Minister Kiwanuka, Doris Akol, Uganda registration bureau, Planning and Finance PS and Public service PS.

 

Every public entity or unit (schools, healthy facility, hospitals, police, churches etc) should have these infrastructure and structures in hard copy renewable on a quarterly/half year basis and in soft/digital copy:

 

a.    Public Entities (private and governmental ) should have a landline telephones

b.     The above is prerequisite for intra -internet connection

      with direct connection to line ministry /state agency

c.     Staff bio data  and Academic details  either on website 

d.  Activities /services provided by respective public entity clearly outlined

e.       Inventory  data i.e. classrooms, beds, tables

f.         Financial data

g.        Administrative and organisational data /organgram etc.

h.    Quarterly manual/reports of the above details

i.     In case of schools/Health list/journals of students/patient data

j.   Working hours opening and closing /launch hours

k.  Laws of Uganda that governs activities /services/goods provided 

l.   Maintenance schedules and reports in case of buildings, furniture etc

m.  Quarterly Procured services and goods report

n.   Financial statements
