{UAH} Why are Africans Endemically Dirty

Can we solve filthy  dirtiness among Ugandans and later African homes?

Majority homes in Uganda a so terribly dirty that you wonder how much money the country will be  saving if we could only mind about simple  cleanness - and we are not made to live some viruses and bacteria ?!

If you visited  Luwero town you would not like to buy anything from an shop because of endemic dirtiness - but go down to Nakaseke and the conditions are really pathetic
