SV: {UAH} PICTURES SPEAKS VOLUME!

BARIGYE,
This picture was taken during the Memorial Service for the late St JANAN LUWUM at Kitgum District. Ndugu OLARA Otunnu is the child of that village and district whereby he was given the honour to welcome whole guests at that event!
So for shoddy politicians, they are now thinking that Ndugu OLARA Otunnu is vying to be the poster boy of Ssabagabe from Rwakitura or Nyakibale! I think Ndugu OLARA Otunnu, I know way back in our plays in the sand dune ground will never enter the CAVE of BAKIGA and BAHIMA!

What is Otunnu telling the man in a hat and why hold his hands with two arms?
No wonder old Celia is amused.
