CLOSE THAT SCHOOL UNTIL IT IS VALIDATED BY PBLIC HEALTH INSPECTORS, BUILDING INSPECTORS,PUBLIC ENVIROMENT INSPECTORS, EDUCATION INSPECTORS mm., osv.,etc...

And have the administration investigated for embezzlement of funds

Even the compound is not well managed. I guess it is difficult for the pupils to go to the toilet during rain seasons
