{UAH} Army to borrow billions from a Russian bank!!!

amazing things never cease happening in Uganda.UPDF ,call it NRM army wants ugandans to ffot the bill of their borrowing.over 400 billions from  ARUSSIAN BANK TO BUY ARMS.

Kyambadde was in Mpigi crying crocodile tears ,the thieves are busy planning for another looting spree!

when it comes to Ugandan children, this regime pays no attention but now, because state house is the clearing house this one will go through and buy their junks as usual.where is the priority in uganda? this money no doubt is for electionerring and to be stolen.all things ob rebels, kiyingi ,they were preparing ugandans for what they were about to do.

rebel talk normally comes towards elections, they are looking for money to steal,to fund their rigging.

what happened to ugandans???
