Section 13 of Uganda's Anti-pornography Act, makes it illegal for a person to produce, traffic, publish any form of pornography and on conviction is liable to a fine of Shs10m or imprisonment not exceeding 10 years.

However, in the last two years alone, over ten public figures have had their nude photos and sex videos ending up in public hands but surprisingly none is behind bars over this.

But perhaps the police won't let go this time.

Police on Thursday morning arrested a one Kizito Ongom, the man seen having a pleasurable moments with Bukedde Tv news anchor, Robinah Mweruka in a recent leaked sex tape.

It is alleged the Ongom and others at large are behind the leaking of the tape that has since gone viral on social media and sent Mweruka into hiding.

Meanwhile, reports have it that a one Cathy, Mweruka's young sister is behind the leaking of the tape after the two fell out.

It is reported that when Cathy lost her job last year at Bukedde Tv as a result of Mweruka's actions, she also thought of paying her back.

She tried using threats but these only left her spending some nights at Nansana police station though she was later released.

Mweruka's luck finally ran out last week when Cathy landed on her video in which she is seen intimate with Ongom.
Cathy, through a one Philip, tried asking for a sum of Shs50 million to shelve the video.

They settled for Shs 20 million but Mweruka failed to pay and this is how the the video ended up in the hands of the media and the public.

Meanwhile, Mweruka reported to the CID headquarters in Kibuli where she was grilled over the matter.
