{UAH} DICTATOR OBOTE (not Doctor...Lest We Forget)

I wrote about Apollo Milton Obote. A few people tried to deny the undeniable facts.
But seriously, is there anyone who appointed Obote as President in 1966? Who ordered that the rightfully appointed President Kabaka Mutesa II be killed, then he abolished political parties, the constitution and put his henchmen everywhere in government then tried to purge the Amins from the army?
Honestly! How are we supposed to call such a crook? (he also rigged votes...)
