Tumwebaze Kajiji & Katosi Road
On 5th March 2009, HIGH TIDES Ltd was registered as number 106490 by Tumwebaze's Wife Kabibi Florence as company secretary and his sister in- Law Bamukunda Esther who is married to a soldier in SFG. There shares were 50-50 equating to 10M shillings in share capital.
Other people in the company are Evelyn Nkamuzara 25yrs who was raised by the Kajiji family and married to Brian Twehabura Tumwine a nephew of Odrek Rwabogo who is a husband to one of Mr. M7's daughters.
Evelyn is actually a Quasi Director in High Tides and actually works with MtN as a messanger. The other is Betty Kyasiimire 31yr Kajiji's cousin and his personal assistant.
MUKONO- KATOSI rd Project
George Ndahendekire who was working with the embassy in NY connected Kajiji to Eutaw Construction. The co was introduced to Mr. M7 by his personal doctor Dr. Diana Atwine Kanzira who is a sister in- Law of Mr. Kajiji.
The company was given the 24 Billion Contract.
On 1/12/2010, Eutaw Construction Co signed an MoU with High Tides where the second party was appointed to offer procurement and legal consultancy services in regard to the tender for Procurement of road works in the UNRA under Procurement Ref #UNRA/WORKS/2009-10/00001/18/08 for tarmacking of - MUKONO - Kyetume- Katosi/Kisoga-Nyenga rd (72km).
The first party Eutaw co will pay the second party a net professional fee of $1,750,000 about 6billion shillings.
The MoU was signed by Kyasiimire Betty on behalf of HIGH TIDES Ltd and Richard Pratt on behalf of EUTAW Construction Co

After Hon. Byandala's cries hit headlines, about the 'Mafia Colleagues' on 14/8/14 High Tides immediately made a company return to the Registrar of Companies indicating that Betty Kyasiimire and Nkamuzara Evelyn had 60% and 40% shares respectively. This was done to disguise Tumwebaze's wife and his sister in-Law.
High Tides has been used to get Local Govt contracts eg. A market in Kawempe which they sub contracted to Assured Contractors owned by a Eng. Mugarura.
On 27th March 2014, the company was fronted by the minister to locally represent GS Yuasa International Ltd who wanted to secure a deal to supply solar systems to school from the office of the Minister of Karamoja Affairs.
