{UAH} Hon Kyambadde; Move Uganda away from Cash - Cashless Economy

Most of the problem in Uganda are associated with use of cash money economy. This is now very possible since mobile money is gradually taking over the cash economy.
This implies all enterprises in Uganda will have a terminal for card money exchange  for example.

If Uganda government makes a decision that Uganda become the first African government to introduce cashless economy - this will solve numerous problems namely:-

  a. Corruption will reduce dramatically

  b. There will be an increase in Tax revenues

  c. Uganda state will have a clear picture of the overall economy

  d. There will be equitable distribution of resources

  e. Inflationary tendencies will be easier to control

  f. More service will be provided to best deserving

 g. Medical, Education, shellter and  appended services will be easier to offer to a wider society.

Computer programmer can try to find out how this can be expanded. Whenever I go to the market it should be possible for me to do my purchase with touch dirty shilling notes and coins.
