{UAH} Police has always been brutal, except.....
.....this time they are being filmed. Just wondering; should we summon Gen Kayihura to Parliament or the Courts or rather, subject him to a guard of torture?
You see, UAH was privileged to have him as one among many but he quit participation claiming "cynicism and lack of touch with the ground" in the majority of posts here. If his command is tending to be anti-people, then UAH lost an opportunity to influence how he does his work.
UAH is supposed to be an agenda-setter in all fields starting by engaging those who hold positions of public interest and identifying talent. Recall when we said "good" things about Col. Kulayigye and Col. Bantariza and they were both seconded to positions befitting our view of their capabilities?
It would have been possible, a while back, to have the President himself interacting with us in an open session but i see that prospect gone with the whiff.
Now we have a Commander of the Third Axis to fill the vacuum and that's not exactly what it should be. Third Axis is quite unaccountable to anyone so value for feedback wouldn't surface.
