{UAH} LUWUM DESERVES BETTER!

The weight of a reward or recognition is determined by the one who grants it. For Luwum to be recognised posthumously by non other than Mu7 is akin to the apartheid judge awarding Madela a medal for withstanding the harsh jail sentence.  It does not bode well and i don't think many will consider it a genuine honour. Because it is for the purpose of elections and not rapprochement.  Mu7 is yet to apologise to the people of Acholi. Until then his gesture will fly in the wind!

Tolerance is a stage in civilisation!
