{UAH} M7 had nothing when WE came to power - Dr Kiiza Besigye

Poverty has just begun. People still have a problem understanding multi party politics. Before you become anything, you first become. Ugandan.

Not every person in Uganda is a Ugandan. To be Ugandan means you are in charge of the country.
We have still failed to understand what it means to own your country. Most of you are like refuges in your country. Many of u have become beggars in your country. You who call yourselves the owner of this country, when the President comes you assume someone from heaven has come. Reason is that you believe he is going to you money.
You claim to have started NRM do you think you love M7 more than me and Gen. Muntu who supported M7 when he had nothing.

We mobilised for him in 1980 and we followed him to the bush. He came to power without even a hut on his name.

The man who never had anything before 1986, now claims he owns the money, the guns and the power of the people.

When Museveni says that a 'paper can remove him from power'. This means that your power cannot remove him from power.

We can mobilise our colleagues and we get power from him. But that will mean that we shall keep the power and only give it to you when we wish.

When he came to power we had the railways, cooperative societies. Who removed them? Now they claim to bring them back. Today billions have been eaten in these deals.

People who need power must tighten their belts. You must believe in yourselves, unite and act.
If you decided that from today we close the road from Kabale to Mbarara to stop cars from going to Kampala would there be food? How many days will Museveni spend.
We must not allow to be beaten cains again for nothing.
When steal in Billions they left Millions to chicken thieves.
