You said that the USA has the most efficient Health Care system in the world. And this postulate is based on a private financing system rather than collective funding i.e. taxes, grants etc.

Now my question is, what is USA national debt vis a vis GDP

Let us assume the above national debt leads to more jobs being cut - how will the mass of unemployed as truly the case is in the USA finance their health care minus obama care

Secondary and at least to micro economics production theory, once you can't produce above marginal costs (not making profits) you certainly run out of business  - how does an efficient system solve this problem; managerial, organisational wise etc.
