{UAH} Smart Cities Districts , Towns and Local Country

I am working with a professor in Smart Cities and Computing.

I do believe we can solve monitoring and evaluation problem in

remote areas through remote sensing .

This could be a solution to many of Uganda and African management

problem

I hope the government should offer this possibility a trail to see many

of the endemic problems can be resolved. We can develop an autogenic i.e. self regenerative system that is to say it develops as per problems and loopholes identified with the system itself.
