Uganda is amazing

Do the roads constructed in Districts, Towns  designed or we just get a Caterpillar. a grader and bingo the government has a road there in an African village.

Roads must be surveyed, design and model in relation to use and spatial consideration for sustainable drainage  etc.

I do believe we should develop capacity in this sector, Mbale is nt enough - our school www.siup.ac.ug can offer invariable knowledge resources.

Efficient spatial and physical planning implies communication and utility infrastructure must come and come pretty first.
It is crucially important that the government of Uganda assist KCCA to plan and develop communication and utility infrastructure network in all Kampala Division.
Kawempe, Rubaga, Nakawa, Makindye have virtually no communication and utility infrastructure at all. How Gods people survive in this chaotic enclaves only God knows for this as it is now , is beyond human reason.
Why the government has to instruct all government agencies to be involved is party due to the manner people constructed building where there were no road and utility infrastructure at all. Further still some of the buildings are so close to imagined roads and lanes bring a pure katogo into the mix. This is a planning night mare where all  government agencies must be involved.
