{UAH} Attn: Mr. Felix Ogong- What are you saying?

"Dokolo County MP, Felix Okot Ogong said if NRM wants to fetch overwhelming support in 2016 general elections, the government should upgrade Dokolo Health Centre IV to a district hospital and construct secondary schools in all the six sub-counties in the district."

Schools and health centres were destroyed by those financing the LRA. They should be the ones who have to pay for this. but anyway .......

Secondly any upgrades to schools or health facilities are not supposed to be negotiable becoz. people have a right to health and education of  good standards.
