In all jurisdictions I have travelled, and many being the term used here, institutions are built to remember great achievements done in  locales. Schools, hospitals, Bridges, water purification systems, high ways by ways and Interstates, power lines, manufacturing industries, the list goes on and on. In Uganda we build massacre sites. As countries craft terms of development, the term actually that was used by Acholi when they attacked Barlonyo Internally Displaced Camp was called "Kill every living thing" operation.

 

Ugandans we need to discuss Acholi violence, but candidly.
