{UAH} Is Uganda really headed to a middle income country?
What is life? Is Uganda really headed to a middle income country? This shack is sandwiched between plush houses in Ntinda. The owner of this shack risks being killed by this structure when it collapses( you can it's already rickety and has a huge crack in the sides). And by the way, he works in the urban authority, he stays in this house with children. At night they have to use kavera for a bathroom because their shack is not self-contained! Is this life worth living? It is worse than abject poverty! Should everyone own land for the sake of it?

i wouldn't put it past the fact that the owner[s] of that shack, sold the plot on which the house in the background stands..question is, what did they use the proceeds for? another boda on the streets?
