{UAH} It looks like every police officer has to construct his own latrine at Naguru police barracks

It looks like every police officer has to construct his own latrine at Naguru police barracks.The fact that there is no provision of basic social ammenties and proper planning and building of housing - with working toilet facilties for members of the its military forces (Police, Army, Airforce, Prisons etc). It is really sad. I read once kaveera was the easiest substitute for 'long call relief' --- fast forward further degradation of our environment with kaveera.
