South Sudan: Member of National Security Services Defects And Reveals The Murder of British Citizen and Prominent Politicians.

February 23, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — A member of South Sudan National Security Services, Rir Diang Ngundeng, who served at Counter Intelligent Unit (CI) in Salva Kiir Security Forces, has defected to SPLM-IO under the leadership of former Vice President, Dr. Riek Machar Teny.

"I have now defected from Salva Kiir's genocidal Government. I joined the SPLM/SPLA-IO under the leadership of Dr. Riek Machar Teny." Intelligence Rir told Nyamilepedia Press.

Rir, who has overseen many crimes and intelligence gathering in the country according to his testimonies, reveals that the government of Salva Kiir is "rotten to the core" and worth overthrowing through military means.

Rir, in his long report, reiterates that President Kiir has betrayed his people and sold the sovereignty of the country to foreign actors, and thus, the citizens must collectively fight foreign occupation in the country.

The official believes that the Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, and his troubled South Sudanese counterpart get external support from some countries in the region to destabilize the two Sudans.

"President of Uganda is an agent who has detrimental influence in South Sudan. He opened a military training for M23 insurgency. He uses these M23 military groups to fight war against the South Sudanese people alongside his own UPDF and Salva Kiir's tribal militia, Gelweng." said the former Security Intelligence staff.

The security official alleges that the Sudanese rebels are training within South Sudan borders with guidance and support from Uganda and South Sudan.

"Yoweri Museveni doesn't stop just there, he also helps, organizes, trains and arms Sudanese militia groups to fight in both Sudan and South Sudanese territories. Sudanese's rebels have military training centers at Uganda-South Sudanese border, in Unity State and Upper Nile. He, Museveni, gives Sudanese rebels all kind of modern weapons, military helicopters and gunship-fighters." Rir continued in his declaration

Rir further reiterates that foreign forces from Burundi, Rwanda and DR Congo are anonymously participating in South Sudan conflict under the batch of Ugandan People Defense Force.

"More so, some East Africa countries such as Rwanda, Burundi and DR Congo have been clandestinely contributing troops, put them in Uganda's military uniform and brought them to South Sudan as UPDF in order to fight alongside Salva Kiir's Government." Part of the declaration read.

"This means Salva Kiir is summiting South Sudan's sovereignty to another country." Said the defecting official.

Rir strongly alleged that Yoweri Museveni has copy pasted the techniques that he used to implicate his rival, Joseph Konyi, in his home areas in Northern Uganda to implicate Salva Kiir's rivals in South Sudan.

"Another terrorist act that Museveni has been doing is the tactic of sending UPDF into the bushes to kill people there and scapegoats that it is Joseph Kony's forces killing people in the bushes of Acholi. The Ugandan know very well that Konyi who is a Acholi cannot kill his own people and miammed them because of his differences with Museveni." Rir continues.

"This culture is what Dictator Kiir introduced in South Sudan, sending his forces to kill elderly, rape women, kidnap their children and burn down Nuer home states and scapegoat the Nuer rebels. He has done this to Murle, Dinka Ngok and Chilluk from 2010 to 2013" Rir emphasizes.

Government Train Two Deadly Security Organs

According to the former security intelligence, South Sudan government under Salva Kiir has established two detrimental groups in 2012 to mastermind the killing and silencing of prominent political opponents, human right activists, journalists, and other opposing voices in the country.

"These two fatal groups have been practically working since early 2012. Group one is assigned to kill and murder critical figures from minority ethnic groups at nights. South Sudan Government's main objective was to silence or force fear into opponents so that nobody can deny what Government says, particularly on political issues. This is group one." The official explains.

The second detrimental group, which operates within the chambers of National Security, according to Rir, is particularly trained to deal with silencing of government officials, aid workers, journalists and communities leaders.

"Group two was assigned to targeted government's officials, both national & international NGOs aid workers, Journalists and communities' leaders." He said.

Mr. Rir pledges that the first batch of Group two began their assignment with assassination of Isaiah Abraham in December 2012, followed by death threats and symbols, laid on beds of the targets or texted through the cell phones of the victims to escalate fear.

"First was Isaiah Abraham, a well-known South Sudanese' political Commentator who was slayed in cold blood at his residence in 2012. Yei River County's former Mayor, Cecilia Oba along with his Office manager were also drawn out of house and killed by Government's Security force, Group 2 Unit, the special security group." The security official said.

"In addition, this group two was the same group which shot or wounded Mundri West MPs, Joseph Ngere and Pachela Paramount chief, Ujulu Oman, who was recently killed on his way to his own Boma from county's headquarters." Rir reveals.

According to the disgruntled security intelligence, the detrimental security Unit, Group Two, is responsible for the death of British Citizen, who was shot a multiple times while returning to his residence within the capital city, Juba, last week.

"The last was the international aid worker who was working for Carter Center. His death was also planned and implemented by Salva Kiir's Special Security Forces in Juba." Rir Diang Ngundeng said.

"I am hereby telling my dear people of South Sudan particularly from three states of Equatoria region to know that any similar killing which may again occur, as it has happened to Cecilia Oba, is precisely done by these groups organized by Salva Kiir's Government in Juba. " Mr. Rir said.

South Sudan Government Supporting Regional Rebels:

The security official further reveal that Kiir's government has given Sudanese rebels and their wounded fighters special status to live at Gabat, Muniki, Block B near Suk Militia within the national capital, Juba.

"On the other hand, Salva Kiir's Government has given Sudanese rebels group's special centers in capital Juba that is at Gabat, Muniki Block B near Suk militia." The official believes.

The insider believes that Salva Kiir's administration is also establishing links with Ethiopia's Revolutionary Front, the Ethiopian rebel groups under the overall command of Gen. Thokwaath Pal.

"Now, Kiir's government in collaboration with Ethiopia's rebels of Mr.Thowath Pal are also planning to attack Pagak."
