If you think Kampala traffic jam is a nuisance, here is a bright spot for Ugandans!
Nairobi governor was forced to abandon his motorcade and walk from downtown to Westlands, a distance of about 3 miles. This comes about a month after the Uhuru government banned nearly all government officials from using siren-equipped escort cars.
Good lesson for the good governor; now, he must show Nairobians how he plans to alleviate their daily pain.
