{UAH} "No national ID, no school in 2017" as proposed by Gen. Aronda Nyakairima?

Whats your reaction towards the "No national ID, no school in 2017" as proposed by Gen. Aronda Nyakairima?

Effective June 2017, no child will be allowed in school without a national identity card, internal affairs minister, Gen. Aronda Nyakairima has said.

In addition, nobody (Ugandan or foreigner) will be allowed to live in Uganda if one is not registered and in possession of a national ID.

Aronda announced the plan during a meeting held at Kololo Independence Grounds on Saturday with citizenship verification officers whose contracts came to an end.
