{UAH} NRM buy back 69% of UTL - look for managers

Uganda has no communication infrastructure at all.

MTN has just made $ 12 billion from thier communiction activities

NRM must buy back UTL 69% given to Gaddafii  and with a

very clear mandate privatise managment of UTL

UTL should within a year be able to take the internet to every home using both landline (telestia and celestia technologies) 

(MTN,,VADOFONE, airtel) are making huge amounts of money

on ignorant Ugandans

UTL should also establish a comuniction technology research infrastructure  like Motorola, Ericsson, British Telecom , French Orange'etc. In fact one of those can bid to manage UTL for a two year period.
