{UAH} 'Okukyalira ensiko' is apparently Illegal in the UK

Apparently,you will be banged up for 14 years in a UK prison if you do 'okukyalira ensiko' to your child.These guys are equating clitoridectomy with 'okukyalira ensiko'(OE)(elongation). I'm obviously on unfamiliar ground here but I think 'okukyalira ensiko' doesn't significantly interfere with the functioning of any of the major sex organs (while clitoridectomy always does). That said, we should support every effort being made to outlaw Female Genital Mutilation anywhere in the world but OE should never have been categorized that way! Kiiki kyebatwagaza amazima gakatonda mugulu?
