Minister Lokodo is wasting public money raiding bars where girls sell sex.
The Minister should be educated why sex sells like hot cakes. It has been selling the days of Jesus. And it will continue to sell until Jesus come back.
By raiding bars and arresting these girls the Minister is only making sex very expensive to those who must have it at any cost.
Good looking office secretaries sell sex very cleverly at high prices. The price of sex by office secretaries is too high for an ordinary buyer of sex.
The Minister is ignorant as to the clients of office secretaries who buy their service. These include high ranking gentlemen, even fellow ministers, people who can afford to pay for rooms in Five Starr Hotels.
Let the Minister put spies in every Five Star Hotel around the country and see who is taking there the best dressed, best looking office secretaries for a quick one or even a night over.
Please Minisrter Lokodo, be sensible, you are punishing these girls unnecessarily and denying the men, even married men, who are denied sex by their overgrown wives.
Mr Minister, tell us, if a man is denied sex by his wife, and his office secretary is ready to sell sex to him for just one night, or even for a quick one, what should be he do. His good looking secretary, dressed in a skimpy dess, and knowing that she has EKITONE and EBIRUNGI in the level and standrds of Desire Luzinda, if a man is well endowed with cash, can't he spend even one million shillings to just sample DESIRE'S EKITONE.
Briefly, sex is a human want. Human beings will do anything, including paying millions, just to have sex. So, the best way is to make sex a very clean affair, have medically fit girls,and do what they do in Europe and the USA, LEGALISE IT.
