{UAH} Start assembling smart phone

The rate at which Uganda youth are consuming smart (?) phones - is breath taking. If this be a measure of the trend in East Africa - then Rwanda must be very ahead of the pack with free wifi in Kigali.

A smart Uganda should get a patent from samsung or whatever phoe produce and start the business rigth here.

Every youth appears to be ahead of time even those from Katwe understand a smart phone if it means listening to music or using bookface and tutor !
