{UAH} TURNING TO LAST RESORTS
Forum;
-- The election in Nigeria is a clear proof that people want results, people yawn for change, for better delivery of services and development. Ugandans have clearly defied this logic with their continual voting for Mu7. Rigging or not Mu7 has claimed his seat election after election, a clear sign that Ugandans are in their own world, far removed from normalcy.
The lack of leadership in the north, preempted by Olara Otunnu's eminent departure and the Mao's state of limp mode, has seen droves of northerners crossing to NRM as a last resort. The opposition, also as a last resort, should field a Muganda candidate, with the sole purpose of splitting the bloke NRM vote in Buganda. This should assuage the damage somewhat. Whether this will throw out Mu7 or not, it will leave us with a balanced house after the elections.
I could be tempted to suggest Dan Bwanika but Lugwago the fighter, could make do for now!
