{UAH} Under-educated Ugandan MP pleads for more time to debate

Folks;

This MP deserves my accolade for several reasons;

1. He knows and accepts his intellectual limitation, especially when the issue at hand is technical.

2. He does not want to jump into a debate just to appear to be contributing to it. He wants to come prepared and ready to make informed contributions.

3. He values the report to be discussed - whether it's because it is from Public Accounts Committee, or it's 50 pages long, or because it covers the Mulago National Referral Hospital.

So, for being honest and open about his desire to make debate contributions only when he's well-informed, I applaud the Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi.
