Yes it is related to security in the region and how Uganda, Kenya, and the AU are actually making the situation in Somalia worse. They need to do something big beyond just fighting > What is it? that is why I need your help to put Ms Kagingo and IGP kale Kayihura on standby to get that message as soon as possible.
