Happy Birthday to Ccooco, the Mpolongoma of Buganda. If i could have it my way, the present for you would have been a federal Uganda not a 4x4. Despair not for it will come your way someday. It may not sway as fast as a 4x4 but it is slowly making it's way southwards to arrive before your sixty fifth and on the day, as we sing happy birthday yet again, you will look back and laugh at how time and change, give birth to different gifts.
