Brothers and sisters, and all Kabaka's subjects, congratulations for Kabaka's birth day, which, would have been a national and public holiday had Milton Obote not abolished kingdoms during 1966/1967 crisis.
Katikkiro Charles Petrer Mayiga will be remembered for Ettoffaali and Ntikko and he will leave a mark.
As Buganda was celebrating, NRM was launching a political road map, to consolidate power in 2016 and after.
Power sharing is very important, cultural power is not enough without some political power.
As we review the constitution next month, let's revisit a power sharing arrangement, which Kabaka demanded some time back on one important days, like, today. Let Mayiga start from where Joseph Mulwanyammuli had stopped.
