{UAH} Mbogo Road, Mutajaaza B eat Easter with KCCA's garbage, till the on April 7

We here at Kibuli, Mutajaaza B Jenifer Musisi's men decided to dump garbage in the middle  of Mbogo Road where Musisi was proud to announce the instalation of Solar Light as seen in the picture.  taken today, April 7, 2015.

Are there no entreprenuers capable of collecting garbage daily. When Musisi visits New York and London, Paris, etc,  does she see grage inn themmddle of the streets as is shown today in Kampala.
