{UAH} MODERATOR'S APPEAL

Abbey the Moderator has made an appeal in his 2 Facebook blogs asking
members to remember why UAH was formed. He bemoans the falling quality
of UAH and the fact government ministers have disappeared and he can
not attract any intellectuals. He set up UAH in the hope of attracting
scholars like those great Africans in the diaspora in the
pre-independence colonial days. .He is disappointed by the current
quality of contributions and contributors with ethnicity, rather than
nationalism or pan-Africanism being the topic that consumes most
contributors. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
But did I not warn Abbey Semuwamba about this? I warned him about the
quality of contributions. I warned him serious intellectuals and
scholars would not touch UAH because he has allowed it to sink down
into the sewer. He has the authority and the power to put UAH back on
the right track but he has refused to use them. I can't advice him
anymore. The solution is in his hands. He has to remember serious
contributors are attracted by serious contributions. The two are
organically linked. Very few people would enjoy their favourite dish
in a toilet.
