{UAH} Mr George Okello: What is it Europe owes boat migrants now dying in the waters off Libya? What about originating countries?

Europe to be exact NATO took the lead in bombing Libya and now must face the reality of their crimes against Libya.  When  Kaddafi was in power there were no boat migrants at least not in such large  numbers. Remember many of these boat migrants are ISIS sympathisers sent to Europe to chill to be reactivated later. I have read that Germany and Sweden have taken the lead in taking in boats migrants. Stay tuned.
 
Anyways what is Europe owes boat migrants? What about originating countries/ And of course Libya which NATO and The West celebrated as mission accomplished/ What mission was accomplished? I think Europe is INTENTIONALLY letting boat migrants die because it doe snot want in their countries now that their intelligence is aware that some are actually ISIS monsters. Do you think NATO which create the enabling environment for ISIS to take root in Libya and Syria gives a damn  about drowning migrants
 
 
What about originating countries?  Many are transitioning through several countries? What about those countries?   
 
Have you read any insightful editorial from African papers about boat migrants and what could be done to stem not just the tied but death on the seas? What about over there in Europe?
