{UAH} Mr Owana: How far apart are Kenyan and Ugandan-AMISON- forces in Somali?

You may not be in a position to answer,  but can you use your connection to help us understand when Kenyan and Ugandan forces may finally meet in Somalia. How far apart are they from each? How many more years will take AMISON to cover the entire Somalia which is about 4O% of Somalia during Barre's reign?
 
 
Put differently,  how far has AMISON gone in helping Somali build a credible force to stand on its own once the mandate is over? I ask because Kenya is wrongly threatening to close the largest refuge camp and force all refugees back to Somalia.  How could such a drastic move impact AMISON forces? 
 
Would closing the camp not be a bon to the terrorist elements in Somalia? Once again, what are the unintended consequences of Kenya il thought decision on AMISON or Ugandan forces?
