Folks;
I agree with Hon. Kutesa that the ringleaders of the Rwande genocide must be brought to justice.
But, doesn't he already know who and where the perpetrators of the genocide are? Wasn't Kutesa serving the same government that fed and armed the ringleaders of the genocide?
And while he is at it, could the Hon. Kutesa also call for accountability for the genocides in northern and eastern Uganda? Unless he's selective in seeking this accountability. In which case, he's playing for the gallery.
